I am offering a few highly authentic looking replicas of Ash's S-Mart Badge from Army of Darkness (1992), AKA "Evil Dead 3". As far as I know, this is the most accurate replica of Ash's badge you can get!

NOTES on ACCURACY:

• FRONT MATERIAL: The badges are printed on satin paper with a thin resin coating. It kind of looks like a dull vinyl.
  
  
• BACKING MATERIAL: The badges are glued to black, highly rigid Bristol board. This matches the backing color and thickness in the film:
  
  
  
• PIN: The back of the badge is never seen, so I went with what might make sense in that time period, which is a badge pin hot-glued to the back.
  
  
  
• FONT: The font is a near-perfect match. I matched the font using multiple techniques, and purchased "Turnier" from its producer and made some adjustments for accuracy.
  
  
  
• COLOR: The muted cyan and red from the film are matched just right for accuracy in multiple lighting situations.
  
  
• LABELS: I purchased a vintage labelmaker and tape to produce these labels.
  
  
  
• LABEL HEIGHTS: Label height is strangely inconsistent across the three lines:
  
  I cut each label to match each line as closely as possible.
  
  
• CONSISTENCY: Each badge will be slightly different, as all the labels were cut individually and the badges are made by hand!

• Material: Resin-coated satin paper, spray-adhesive-glued to black Bristol board.
