Thanks, man. I'll have to get a picture of it next to my PG Falcon. This is a huge model. I'm almost done adding details to it. Enfys is next up, but she shouldn't take that long to get her up to standards.

The bike looks great! The one suggestion (and feel free to ignore me -- especially if you've already have other plans) is to lose the clear molded support stand. To me, it detracts from the improvements to the bike and still reads as "toy." Then again, I'm partial to simple museum-style supports.

So just a simple bar or rod with a wooden base? I can do that. You're right, though, I need to lose the clear base. I am planning to display the Enfys figure with it, as well. Oh, and thanks!

I usually like a simple black base (wood or polished plastic) and a clear plastic rod. If the model is heavier, or I'm running wires from power or circuitry in the base, I'll do an aluminum or stainless steel rod. But that's me. You do you!

I think I'll be able to keep the rod that's there and just swap out the base. I'm not putting any lights in this one. Maybe if I sell it and do another one in the future... Thanks for sharing how you do yours. I'll be sure to post pics.

That Tamiya weathering powder set is my favorite. I use it on almost everything

It's definitely good stuff. I also used some rub n buff patina on the copper parts. My thinking was that the bike has been sitting for some time... And Enfys find it at the beginning of her revolutionary journey...

Very cool. I haven’t done any toy conversions yet, but your work really inspired me. I think I’m able to find the swoop bike for a decent price too. I hope you don’t mind if I use your build as a guide? Enfys nest is my favorite new character, that whole group of rebels is just so cool.

Thanks, buddy! Now all I have to do is finish Enfys and get this done... There's a mini Comicon event going on in the area near where I live. I'm planning on displaying my models there, so I'd like to get this there with everything done.
