If you don't see it here, it was removed, A lot of artist do that because someone downloads it, prints it and sell it as their own work.

I may have it, but if the author took it down I believe he has good enough reasons to keep it down. Try to PM him and ask if he can share it with you.

Not really sure what you are asking. If you want the book, you should pick it up at a book store or amazon. It's a fairly good book for props.
