Harry Potter free paper props - all movies and more!

@bfd, the ticket is great! Hermione's box has it and I will be receiving it shortly, I can do a little compare/contrast for you. It's probably SA but low-res. If I were to go about actually putting gold foil on it, how would I do that?

I think there is a product out there that is a foil sheet you put over an item printed in black ink, apply heat with an iron and the foil is supposed to stick to the black parts.

I've heard mixed reviews on. But if anybody wants to try it just print the ticket out using black ink only and give it a try. Remember to cover the text that should stay black with tissue or something.

Would it be easier for everyone if I made the front cover, back cover and spine as all separate files with a repeating background on the spine so that it can fit larger books if needed? I havent successfully made a book that looks decent yet and im pretty sure my printer is a POS so this is to all of you that are making them and having success with them

Also luke, we arent doing the donations anymore. the fonts are all online for free.

Hinky, that would be awesome, and much easier to print. Also it would be much easier to mount onto existing books too.

@bfd, do you know what it's called, or what to google to find it? I tried some wordings of the question but nothing came up (of use).

Barney, your ticket is great! I love how clear the intricate border is!
James asked for the back of the DA list, so I'm including it here.

Thanks elfstacy. I could not find a clear hires version of the ticket so I had to recreate the border and other elements of the entire ticket.

I have revised the earlier version I posted to improve the center circles and am pretty happy with it now.

Again, I am not sure of the actual size so if anybody knows, please post.

Thanks starairi, now I just need to figure out how to do this correctly (print the color in ink then print on the same piece of paper with toner)

If anyone is in the market for a cheap DVD standee thats really big, check out this auction: HARRY POTTER DEATHLY HALLOWS DVD STORE DISPLAY STANDEE | eBay

I was in contacts with the lady on this (I already bought one, but was going to get a second if it had shelves) but unfortunately, for whatever reason, hardly anyone got the shevles with this standee.

however, I have figured out a way to put it together and all you need is 2 12" x 12" boxes ($1.50 at Dollar General)'

And I must say.

It.
Looks.
Amazing.

The top has this really shiny stuff on it and I loooooove it! I paid a lot more for mine too :( hmph

Thanks Elliot and bfd.
@diosra I already started on that book lol :) I found that EXACT picture. Supposedly scanned from someone who has the screen used, but I seriously doubt it.

Ghostsoldier-more information than we needed buddy ROFLMAO :lol

Blackmarketmagi-I finally got around to dying my pheasant feather green. I couldn't find any lemon-lime koolaid but being our conversations took place around Easter time I thought, if you can dye an egg, why not a feather. I did mine with green food color (the old fashioned liquid drops) and the color turned out great. Thanks so much for your suggestion because I never would have ended up thinking it could be done :) I still have to put the quill together but when I finish I will post a pic.

RE: HOGWARTS EXPRESS TICKET

Is anybody who is going to try to use the iron-on gold foil interested in a version of the ticket with a black border and text instead of gold?

I would really like to see how it turns out.
