Harry Potter free paper props - all movies and more!

Hi guys, I'm thinking of doing, Magical Waterplants of the Highland Lochs, I'm doing a big :sick to the back cover, but do not use photo editing software, I thought to put one of these two, which is not yet.

hope is well, and when I be able to have some pictures.
if someone does a cover against the will put better than this crap that I have done. :rolleyes

I am pleased to be the thread again.

I already did it. it's on the front page.


As some of you know, I am currently traveling. I don't know how often I'll have a computer, let alone know if ill have time to do much designing.

In July, however, I am back in full force. This means I will be designing every book, redesigning a few that I've obtained higher res graphics for, posting spines and back covers with repeating backgrounds, and much much more.

Obviously we are no longer Hinkypunks Harry Potter thread, but Barney and I are still going to make sure we design anything and everything we have a screenshot for.

Glad to see everyone again, its been a trying couple days

Awesome. It's good to be back. A new name is very in keeping with the movie I think, Tom Riddle changed his name is Voldemort but to all those that fight against him he'll always be Tom.

Hi Norbert,
I don't know if you read post #1461 but in it Hinky mentions that she is traveling with limited computer access and that she won't be able to do any designing until July.
I just wanted to give you a heads up just in case Hinky won't be able to get to a computer to respond to your resquest.

HOGSMEADE PERMISSION FORM

Here's an oldie but goodie (like some of us...no names please :lol). I know there are really nice replicas of this prop out there but I always thought they were missing that little something.

The form was never seen clearly in any of the movies but there is a picture of the form on the HP Wiki site that supposedly is of an actual form that was used on screen.

The big difference between the one on the Wiki site and the replicas is that the original had lots of swoops, swirls and flourishes on some of the letters and the font was a little more "quirky" for the title.

I have tried to replicate those differences in my version which is attached for purview and comments (be gentle).

Here is the full size file I used for my half blood prince advanced potions book cover. It has the modified "Potion Making" text that resembles the screen one more. Otherwise it's mostly a scan from the wizardry book piece. The screen prop is more purplish so I changed the color some, as the one in the book is very blue.

@bfd, The form looks fantastic! Really great work. Just out of curiosity, what's the watermark for? You've never put it on any of your other stuff on this thread

@ecl Your book is stunning, it looks great with the silver detailing, really nice work, the distressing makes it looks so authentic
