MUGGLE-BORN REGISTRATION COMMISSION FORM

Thought I would take a quick stab at this form. As Hinky says, there is alot of text hidden but the top part of the form can be seen.

It looks to me that the form is probably legal size paper 8.5" x 14".

There are tons of different fonts used and the going is slow but here's what I have got so far. It's not perfect but its perfectly close...

Any help at all with clear images of the form would greatly help.

This game is fun. I found the craziest picture I own of myself, of me pretending to bite my cats ear. Def not my most attractive moment, but I think it fits nicely

Also, doing that muggle book next. Oooooh was I excited when I saw that. Unfortunately due to Southwests issues and my friend having a panic attack over it, we are driving back to Indiana, so I am currently in a crumby hotel in podunk Tennessee and not pleased.

To any of you guys that have done some costuming already, I posted a thread earlier about voldy costume help and havent got a reply yet, so i figured id try here.

I'm getting a voldy robe custom made becauce i cant stand the fabric the museum replicas uses, and the woman thats sewing it knows next to nothing about harry potter. I've given her reference photos, but does anyone have a sketch or anything about what his robes actually look like? I THINK its in a few pieces, but I'm spending a lot and want to make sure it doesnt look dumb, and shes thinking hes got a tunic that goes to his knees, so any help would be really really appreciated.

Even a simple sketch of the pieces would help a great deal

Need a better Ministry Logo/Seal with "sunburst" radiating around it for the background watermark.

Need to know what the wording is for the location I've highlighted.

And need to know what the small text at the bottom of the form says. I've just repeated Ministry of Magic until it can be figured out.

If anyone can help out that would be great.

@Hinky: Love your poster. It has a real vibrant, almost liquid look to it. Looks great.

Once the first Muggle-Registration form is set up the others should be reasonably easy. Need to do the photos to go with the form of course.

And sure, I can provide a blank one to fill in as you like.
