Harry Potter free paper props - all movies and more!

@Gryffindor1991: I originally thought it said NEWS BLOOD but that makes no sense at all.

You're right, that doesn't make sense. It definitely looks like "news", but the second word doesn't look like blood. I don't think it says "news" even though it looks like it. The second word kind of looks like it starts with "sl". I'm not really sure though. I may be completely wrong!

MUGGLE-BORN REGISTRATION COMMITTEE

I think until we get a clearer shot of the form this is as good as I can do.

I decided to go with EDUCATION for the blurred text in from of "Attended Hogwarts" as it can't be determined what it actually says and it seems to fit best with the readable info.

I used some Ministry codswallop about the policy on Muggle-borns for the small text that is unreadable.

I fudged in "REPORT PREPARED BY, REPORT APPROVED BY and RECOMMENDED ACTION" with Runcorn and Umbridge signatures for the bottom 2 lines since content and text is illegible except for a signature at the end of the first line.

Again, its not perfect but its perfectly close (picture a winking smiley face here) (how come we don't have a winking smiley face??).

Print out on Legal size paper.

I have a blank form as well but don't know what format is best for those that want it. Perhaps people could give some input as to what format would be best.

Cheers:cheers

Barney,
What a great job. I think you captured the essence of the form fantastically with the substitutions that you had to make. I think it is a wonderful and I can't wait to print one out!! Again, a job well done :thumbsup

Just wanted to say thanks to Hinky & Barney for the outstanding work and to ask if anyone has mentioned the two posters that come with the new Harry Potter pop-up book?

Here is a pic of them...One is the Harry Potter undesirable poster (approx 15x8) & the other a Ministry of Magic notice (approx 15x6).

You can get it for around $15, it has another non replica poster as well. The pop ups are well done and there is a removable Howler popup. (It's ok, not a replica per se)

I can try and scan them but they are bigger than my scanner so I'd have to figure that little trick out.

Hi Everyone,
I just finished a very quick Weasley Wheezes product. Wanted to share a pic even though it is not a paper prop. Never attached a photo before so if it doesn't show I'll try again later.
It is a Bombtastic Bomb by the way :$

@Woozelmom: I what one. How did you make it?

Also everyone I have a friends that whats to make sugar quills. Does any one know where to find a candy mold off quill that is not costume? Please let me know

Hi Norbert,
My local craft store carries wooden balls. I got one but it had a flat portion at the top so I scavanged through my kitchen and found that the top of an A1 Steak Sauce bottle fit to cover the flat portion of the ball. I drilled a hole in the center of the top and threaded the inside portion of a shoelace through the hole and knotted the end so it wouldn't pull through. I glued the cap onto the top of the ball with E6000 and when it was dry, I painted the whole bomb black, including the cord (fuse). The picture that I have of the bomb looks like the top of the cap was white so, I left this one white as well.
I made a stencil of the "W". I used painters tape and taped a section onto a cutting board and placed my paper "W" on top and used an Exacto knife to cut out my stencil. It was a bit tricky to get the "W" onto the ball as it was a flat surface going onto a rounded surface. I had to cut little relief cuts so that I could fit it as best I could. I then stenciled in orange, removed the tape and sealed the entire bomb :)
As far as the sugar quills, I don't have any idea how to make those. I know that I have seen pictures of what they sell at WWoHP and they look like they are made in some kind of mold. Maybe someone else here would have a better idea for you.

Nice work on the boombastic bomb woozelmom very creative use of everyday/thrift store items, do you have a stand you can display it on?

Hi Elliot,
No I don't have a stand but I am open to suggestions :) I had given some thought to making the box that is shown in the Weasley's shop.
I made this bomb to be a part of a bigger project that is taking way too long to finish and costing more money than I had intended :cry
I will share when I have it finished.
I am currently doing a few big projects at one time and it is taking up all of my free time at the moment. I always swear that I am not going to have too many irons in the fire but I never listen to myself LOL.

As far a Hinkypunk the last I hear his she was drinking butterbeer and eating at the 3 broomstick. lucky girl

Sorry guys, I'm around. My sisters house burned down on Monday, so I went up to Chicago to help. I'm really really eating through my vacation time this month ><

Got home last night just in time to buy DH pt 1 and I've been doing some designing. I'm setting aside Sorcerer's Stone for a bit and doing Deathly Hallows stuff.

Hope you've all been well, I... am exhausted.

Also, has anyone seen the DH pt 2 trailer yet? I don't have a bluray but I'm dying to see it

Hi Hinky,
I am so sorry to hear about your sister. I hope that everyone is OK and that no one was hurt. How horrible that must be for your family. Please know that you are all in my prayers. So glad to have you back though.
