Done / Completed Guardians of the Galaxy : Starlord Gravity Mine and Infinity Orb

Email received, thanks Al. Looking forward to getting my hands on this :thumbsup

Can't wait for you guys to give me some feedback on how you like the kit! It's really truly my first kit I'm offering .. it's taken some time, but I'm really happy with the outcome of this!

:thumbsup

*UPDATE*

Unless you already PAID for them (and should be on their way soon), I just retired the v2 cold cast option as I don't have time to cast them for now.

Good news is, all v1's and v2's are in hand and ready to go when you pay for them.

Acathla and 80sKIDAutoman, both your v2's shipped yesterday! First post updated!

The other who ordered cold cast, I'm still casting them when time allows me, hang in there! Shouldn't be too long!

For the people who got their set, did the greeblies make it all in one piece? I was unsure if my setup would protect them properly since they're so fragile!!!

Initial build is done... Just need some grime :)

I lightly sanded the pieces with 220 grit, then hit them with steel wool. After that I polished them a little bit on my drill press with a polishing wheel and polishing compound, then buffed them with some aluminum polish which didn't really seem to do much. Finally I buffed them again with steel wool and got a little bit of shine out of them. For the greeblies I carefully used gold and silver Rub 'n Buff. Tomorrow I'll go back and add some black wash and inks to add the weathering

Thanks for the walkthrough Kev!!

For the cold cast backlog of paid orders, I was finally able to cast a few parts last night!! All 3 packages should go out early next week!
All v1 and v2 that were paid for are ready to go in my car as we speak!
