Not that heavy really maybe 200-300g at a guess if it is hollow cast. I won't know exactly until I get the master molded and cast in the next couple of weeks.

A quick update.
I am planning on molding the Orb and casting up replicas next weekend as it is a Bank Holiday here in the UK.
I will post pictures of the Orbs when they are done.

It may be possible but I have a limited amount of time to work on these beyond casting them so finishing one to display would cost extra.
If you would still prefer a finished Orb to a kit PM me and I can discuss price and a timescale for getting it finished.

A quick up-date.
I've managed to cast 2 Orbs one of which I've sanded back some of the flashing and trimmed off the pour spout.
The resin is a very slow curing type which gives, to my eye, so far virtually no air bubbles or imperfections so at the current rate I can cast roughly 3 a day maybe 4 if I get up very early. I plan on getting at least 5 done and then start shipping out.
I will contact everyone on the list when payment is due for your Orb cast and give you a fairly accurate shipping date and follow that up with the tracking number for your Orb package.
