Great place to get acrylic cases

I've bought two large cases from these guys this month and they are excellent. http://store.casesforcollectibles.com/index.html

Both came packed with a 3" layer of foam peanuts around the case which is boxed inside. They also have excellent rubber feat that will barely let you move it on a shelf. The acrylic base of the one I got today actually sliced three fingers when I tried to scoot it off the shelf! :lol

I'll get some pics tomorrow and post them. One of them is for my Sideshows 1/4 Boba Fett. The other was supposed to be for that, but I read the measurements wrong and got the same dimensions accept it was on it's side, not vertical for the Fett...

I decided to keep it though because I can always put something in it!

Here's the case I just got. I probably should have made it a 1/2" smaller in each dimension. The front corners are rounded, though it's hard to see in the pic.

I've had good luck with casesforcollectibles - amazing packing jobs each
time which of course is very important for the acrylic cases.

Hi,

Each time I ordered some cases from them, always with custom sizes, about two days after the order the case was made and it needed one week to come........to France :)
Very good service, they do what you want, they work fast and well, they pack well and ship as fast as they can.

Any recommendations for places to get custom stands made?

My props are displayed in larger glass front cabinets. I need stands to keep them upright. I have saber stands already, but I need custom clear acrylic brackets the blasters.

Its been awhile since I got the case, but I was thinking it was right around $230 to $250 shipped. I need to get back with them for cases for my SSC PF Grevious and Vader/ObiWan, but haven't gotten around to them.

I get mine from here http://www.saberknights.com/ref/info/cradles/cases.htm
The saber cases are only $10 the stands are inexpensive too.

This is exactly the cost-effective option I'm looking for to display my Luke and Vader ANH sabers. Unfortunately, it looks as though he hasn't had any auctions since this past January, and one disclaimer on the site says they have no stock (or are sold out; don't remember which but you get my meaning). I've sent him a PM through ePay but haven't gotten a response. :confused

I have recently orderd other things from him. He is redoing his sales. He used to have an Ebay store. Email me at my main address bcc28@juno.com and I'll see if I can contact him for you.
