First Bowcaster Build V2

Since I'm still waiting on a lot of other parts to come in (more than likely for a future run!), I was finally able to track down some canvas that looks to be exactly the same color as used on the bowcaster. The canvas is slightly olive green with a bit of a tan hue to it. I then dyed it a little darker brown to fully get it to the correct color. I did have to cut it to the correct size which is surprisingly thinner than you'd think.
I put it next to the o rings I'm using which are the correct size, and I also pictured it with the accurate strap to show the color differences.

Bowcaster Parts Run has been started!
Thanks for all the interest and support!

Well its that time again! The bowcaster is getting a total overhaul done to it and I'm starting to work on all the new parts. I decided to call it v2 parts and up first was the front sight, the singlepoint, and a protoype of some scope rings.
The v1 sight is on the left and the v2 sight is on the right which is now 2 pieces of aluminum rather than 1 and I want to say its 99% accurate to whats on the bowcaster. The left aluminum is slightly bent more than the right side which looks to be how the original was and the wood block is smaller than what I had originally had.
The singlepoint I 3d printed a while ago and just gave it a new paint job with some textured silver before I sprayed the black to give it more of that feel and then I had someone write singlepoint in red for me which makes it look better. I also filled in the front ring and added a clear red piece instead of the weed Wacker spool I originally used. I also decided to try and make some rubber caps for it but they need some reworking. But at least now it actually works with the red dot!
And finally I made a prototype of the scope rings out of some sheet metal. They look decent but need some tinkering to get them to work on the singlepoint rings. Also the screws are completely wrong but they were what I had at the moment.
So its in the works again but bowcaster v2 should be more accurate now and up next is the scope mount and trigger housing!

Any way you could call me sometime 727-515-1935, I would like to discuss some final parts for my Bowcaster and some things I have used that are spot.

Thanks
