Fight Club Tyler Durden T-shirts?

Deliver me from Swedish furniture!

If you haven't been saved by Tyler yet and your still addicted to clever art, like little coffee tables in the shape of a yin-yang, or Klipske personal office units, the Hovetrekke home exer-bike, or the Johannshamn sofa with the strinne green stripe pattern. Maybe the Rizlampa wire lamps of environmentally friendly unbleached paper; If you have to have it all, even the glass dishes with tiny bubbles and imperfections, proof that they were crafted by the honest, simple, hard-working indigenous peoples of . . . wherever, then be sure to order it all in the 1999 4th quarter edition of FÜRNI!

Have you guys seen this pic before? I assume probably, but I don't remember seeing it in this thread. Apparently this guy went to Fox studios and got to wear some screen-used clothing including these two pieces. Looks like the disco shirt to me?

Pretty wild how much more contrast that shirt looks like it has in the film. At least from what I remember. It looks a lot more light pink and washed out in the pic of that guy wearing it. I've been reading on filmjackets about the FC1 and it's really interesting to consider all the things you need to think about when choosing the color of the jacket. Obviously, it applies to all of the clothing but everyone makes such a big deal about the jacket color.

Finally finished the briefcase!

Soap . . . the yardstick of civilization.

I still have a few other paper props to add, but you get the idea.

LA21.jpg When this pic came up on the filmjackets site, several people were saying they didn't like it, and preferred Logan's jacket on the site.. I disagree.. Love the way that jacket hangs. Especially the body and sleeves. AJ said the screen used jacket was thicker, but the sleeves here look thin. Stiff leather, but thin construction. Like 1970's leather blazers. Love it

It's weird, I tell you AJ is the first person to want it in red that I have met on line. Most of us always wanted it in the red/brown sort of colour that it appears to be in the film. Not the prop colour which I think is too red, but obviously thats the colour it has to be to be the colour on screen, and also why I chose to have one made in a colour i felt resembled the colour it appears in the film. Hope that makes sense.

The guy in the original costume is a picture I have seen before. I have to say it looks a lot like Damon Albern from the English rock band Blur. I might be wrong, but he is the sort of person who would have access to that kind of privilege. For all we know, he may own the jacket. speculation of course.

Oh, and if you go back to around Jan 09 I made a point of mentioning shoulder pads as my old jacket has them and really helps with the fit and the wide shoulders/slim body ratio.
