OV 1050-S 4678 is the serial number. OP-523 is the model number. 62 □ 18 120 refers to the lens width, bridge width, and temple width. 2N is the type of lens those particular frames originally came with.

However, as far as authentication, we need to see things like pins and the inside of the right arm, as well. Reverse image searching the pictures you uploaded brings me to several counterfeit sites with the same images.

Also, you usually can't tell the year of manufacture for a pair of sunglasses based on these numbers. It's not something those companies usually keep track of.
