FEWTURE Models - ANCIENT PREDATOR WIPS 9 (Warning lots of photos)

Hey all,

Here is a project that I have been working on for ....
well, quite some time...trying to get things done
in-between projects.

I finally have it to a point that I can share some
photos of the progress. This is the Fewture Models
kit (not the prepaint) from the original release from
Japan (before Sideshow distributed it's second release).

Here, I will start with the spear...I asked my friend
Scott Whitworth to make a custom change to the
spear that originally had the Predator head and
replace it with the Geometric Designs 1/8th
scale ALIENS head.

Here is the Predator head so far, I still need to do
some clean up on the tattoos and tighten things up
a bit:

Here is the completed ALIEN type horse creature...
WHEW!!! This was ALOT of work!

welcome aboard Danno! is somewhat strange to see you here ..I was visiting your site for the first time today .You sir do some great work I really dig the batman begins bust you did .the detail in those eyes blew me away. and now you're doing preds it's even more better!!!.

I just noticed the saddle today...it really does look like real leather!

That is such amazingly solid work. At first I was looking at the spear, and I was like, "Wtf?! Why's it all bent like that?!" But then I realized you just had it sitting on a post. It looks amazing. The detail on the predator's head is just astounding. Awesome work!
