UPDATE I received an email that my Starlord helmet is ready for shipment and my balance was due as I preordered. GC

No, I bought the stormtrooper PCR and Darth Vader PCR. They both were in stock at the time. This is my first preorder though.

Sadly, this is how they roll. In stock ordering is definitely the only way to go but their main priority is having your cash, everything else seems to be unimportant.
You could try emailing them but I’d suggest the first mail to be a question about buying something from them, maybe the Mando helmet. He’ll be quick to reply if he thinks there’s a chance of a sale, you can then follow up with other questions.
Other than that you’ll have to sit tight and cross your fingers that they actually give a toss about any of their customers.
Good luck and I hope it works out for you. There’s a reasonable chance this will arrive but their projected delivery dates mean absolutely nothing, along with anything and everything they say.

By all outward appearances it looks like a lot of the unique little details visible on screen during filming that give that specific helmet so much character such as the cracked right cheek, upper bulge, etc.. have in fact been removed for whatever reason, so idk how much merit one wants to put into “molded off the original” being the selling point
I get that this was likely one of the things done in agreement with Disney/Lucasfilm licensing, but it kinda largely defeats the whole purpose of direct casting for me at that point because who the hell knows what else they tweaked with. Tbh if Anovos wasn’t such a joke right now Id almost rather their 3D scanned version if only in the hopes of avoiding the inevitable shrinkage the EFX ESB cast will have over god knows how many generations between first mold and production molds these last 7 years. Splitting hairs at that point I guess

This helmet doesn’t have all the scratches and was heavily cleaned up.
I don’t think that helmet was ever up for sale, but rather just shown off as a “future project”. But as a huge Fett fan I have hope they’ll deliver. They did just start shipping the starlord helmets(after who knows how long) and have been frequently providing updates to their website regarding newer items which gives me some hope.
I’m sure shipping to the warehouse has been delayed because of thanksgiving and wouldn’t doubt that another update will be provided next week.

Whats sad is I honestly think I have a far better chance of getting a Lineage ESB Boba helmet out of EFX even after all this time than I’ll ever have at getting my Jetpack kit from Anovos.
Personally at this point Id think it MUCH smarter for EFX from a business standing if they were to go the ‘Unfinished fiberglass and aluminum ear with vintage electronics kit route with this helmet going right down to using the same fiberglass matte on the inside rather than trying and failing to deliver the High quality factory finished helmet that just will never do that helmet the justice it deserves, plus that way people could add back in the sanitized features if they so wished and get the quality paintjob they’re willing to pay for from a commissioner.
A factory will just NEVER be able to do that paintjob right, I don't care what anybody says. They simply dont understand how its done, how colors layer and change subtly under different applied techniques. We now have Archive-X starting to make the correct paints that, when applied right, are indistinguishable from the real deal, and dozens of talented painters here and on TDH who are capable of tackling the job. EFX could even produce a “How To” instruction book written by those who have examined the real props first hand and explaining what techniques and paints to use and how to apply them, along with stencil’s of the paint weathering
This would essentially be a prop company breaking into the ranks of companies like Revel, Dragon & Trumpeter who produce model kits, but instead with unequaled high quality Film Prop kits. A much more realistic buisiness venture in my opinion

The dang listing still says shipping ng from Hong Kong October 21st and it's November 28th. Even if it is taking this long to ship, with their current reputation it's not wise for them to pay for snail shipping.
Just face the facts and don't bother even putting energy into this crap of a company. Gino was involved with them since day one. That says alot about their character.
