Gino was involved as an art director but no longer. Like him or hate him he had nothing to do with their management. Personally I wouldn't buy anything from EFX even if it was in stock. They are liars and thieves and have done nothing but screw people over. Only ever buy their stuff third party.

Wow! That's heavy. I'm not surprised... but I was hoping that with another company working with them, things would at least be different.

Ok...I don't like to hear that at all. While I still believe that I will get the helmet eventually, it is disheartening to hear that EFX won't even respond to a vendor.

We just got notification from the freight forwarder that the boat will arrive in Los Angeles on December 31. We don't know why the boat is taking so long, but this is the first time we are using this forwarder! Thanks!
