FINALLY...you know I have been sooo waiting for this.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is the ultimate E11D. Don´t settle with anything less, if you are going for high-end display pieces!!!

Thanks for offering these Chris :)

How much is the complete kit? Or is it one of those if you have to ask you can't afford it runs?
^

Hey Rhino...

What you see in the picture is 1200USD, which is a good deal considered all the work that´s involved in making all the individual components of the E11D. Of course you can get a resin or 3D printed one for much less, but this is a high end item, which many will appreciate.

If you´re willing and able to do all/ more work yourself, talk to Chris and maybe save some $

I will be getting one for sure. Have purchased most of the conversion parts from already and was just waiting for the milled S&T receivers!

Chris...such an awesome build! Everyone should jump on this. Guys, I have scratch built two of these so far (with Chris’ parts...not part of this run). But I have cut my own Sterling, made MODs, etc. The final product is frickin amazing. There are a few tips and tricks I can share with the group if you are struggling on any install components.

Here is a quick tip/MOD for builders that you will have to make. I also posted about this in the DT Build group on FB. But...there are two set screws for the folding stock. The right screw (opposite the magazine) has a contact point with the Henglster when you try and mount it. In order to get this to sit flush you will need to grind down the screw. I used a bench top belt sander with 80 grit. Make sure you use some vise grips so that sucker doesn’t fly across the shop and it will get hot...so don’t bare hand this one.

This might be a stupid question but beside assembly what would be needed to finish the kit? I am assuming some grinding, sanding, gluing, drilling, tapping all pretty standard if doing a blaster etc. However, is any milling/machining needed? Might bump interest if people know what needs to be done on this kit. Its gorgeous and am trying to swing this but didn't want to take this on without knowing what I will need to complete it.

All machining is done,,,, you will have to wire it up and assemble everything .. painting weathering ect
