Same here. I mailed them twice so far. Got the same automated reply each time-- "they'll be shipped this week" but that was two weeks ago.
On their facebook they mentionned they will have an update on the ''smaller'' sizes tomorrow.
now I pretty convinced we won't get the jacket before January. Moreover, I'm positive we will have to exchange some of them due to size issues.
I predict I'll get mine by the 3rd week of January (via get go retro).:rolleyes
I can't help the idea that producing the jackets in the US was also a lie. This sounds too much like crappy chinese production line.
Yes. Do NOT order from Steady. Their customer service is somewhat of a joke, and their shipping schedules are scattered and disorganized. Cathy from GGR is amazing to deal with.
Ok, maybe I see this whole thing a bit too serious. But after a telephone call with Paypal now I REALLY FEEL BETRAYED!
Paypal told me that the are not able to give me my 180$ back, because you only have 45 days after the transaction to get your money back. ( Payed the Jacket on October 6th)
I payed via Amex over Paypal. If I would call Amex now, they would give me my money back immediately; BUT then Paypal would kill me and would try to get their money back.
So what am I supposed to do?
