Same here. I mailed them twice so far. Got the same automated reply each time-- "they'll be shipped this week" but that was two weeks ago.

On their facebook they mentionned they will have an update on the ''smaller'' sizes tomorrow.

Also email Steady and they said that the xsmall-mediums are delayed. Pretty vague answer if you ask me.

now I pretty convinced we won't get the jacket before January. Moreover, I'm positive we will have to exchange some of them due to size issues.
I predict I'll get mine by the 3rd week of January (via get go retro).:rolleyes

Steady FB of today:
XYZ: I email you guys and I just get a generic "Jackets will be shipping all week" email. I expected to get this thing before Christmas but now I'm nervous it won't arrive in time. It's been over a month since the estimated shipping date. Why can't there be a more specific reason as to why we haven't received our jackets yet?
Steady Clothing Hey XYZ , I'm sorry you're not getting a more exact answer! If you send your order confirmation #, you should get something more specific regarding your order. Our production manager is out of the office today, so we don't have any more info about 2nd run deliveries, but all sizes from first run should be shipped with tracking #'s by the end of this week. The only size that's held up at this point is smalls.

I don't think it's a lie. They posted pictured of them making those jackets. Unless they made one of each size and ship them to China to be reproduced.

Ok, maybe I see this whole thing a bit too serious. But after a telephone call with Paypal now I REALLY FEEL BETRAYED!
Paypal told me that the are not able to give me my 180$ back, because you only have 45 days after the transaction to get your money back. ( Payed the Jacket on October 6th)
I payed via Amex over Paypal. If I would call Amex now, they would give me my money back immediately; BUT then Paypal would kill me and would try to get their money back.
So what am I supposed to do?

Ok so cathy let me exchange my large with an XL someone returned. I just received the XL yesterday, and they are all definitely designed to be snug. The XL I can wear without fear of ripping the back when I stretch my arms forward, but there is no way in hell I'll be able to wear a jean jacket underneath. But that's ok.

I just emailed Cathy from Get Go Retro to try to switch from small to medium. I don't mind waiting anymore. I guess if I get it by spring it will be fine.

Did you file a claim with paypal?
Yes but they told me that its only possible to transfer the amount back within the 45 days after the transaction. I payed on the 6th october.... I sent a mail to steady this morning with no response till now.
Had a call with amex and they will transfer my money back so that Paypal will have the problem. Amex asked for details of the problems I had with the purchase and I just sent them a link to this forum
However, I will wait till the end of the week for any feedback from steady.
