DRIVE (2011) Scorpion Satin Jacket

corso: Hello, I also bought with size L, and I am scared it could be too small... Could you tell me the length of the jacket sleeze?

And if possible, simply your body size, for a rough comparison (I am 1m93...)

I hesitate to change for an XL, but then I am scared it will be too wide for my body... Thanks!!
Thanks!!

Woo, good luck!

Me, I think I'll just go with Magnoli. Pay the extra 190 for him to do it right. Plus, he can help me get the size perfect.

when it comes to sizing I would go for the size you normally wear.
When you see the jacket you may bet scared it will be too small but when you put it on it fits tight but it gives that bad ass look.

Well, the good thing with Magnoli is that he has my exact measurements for clothing.

I'm 6'1, around 185lb, slim waist (waist size 32 pants), broad shoulders, my chest is around 44" or maybe a little larger now.
Arms of the jacket seem to be 26.5"

yeah i would tell anyone considering to change sizes to wait until you get yours and judge for yourself..you wouldnt wana change and it be to big or too small and then you think to yourself "DAMN IT HLT0972!!!! I WAS RIGHT BEFORE YOU EFFED ME UP!!!"

Did anyone here order an XL jacket and perhaps need a L lol? I ordered a L and it's just a little small on me. I'm 6'2" / 200lbs and it doesn't reach my jeans. Arms are slightly short as well. Funny thing is, based off their original size chart I ordered a M, but had it switched to a L last minute. Turns out I needed an XL. Otherwise the jacket looks good.

What is it about the brown material that's so bad? Is it just nit picking? Didn't steady say that they used the same materials as the original?

For the satin it is the same. The brown material should be a ribbed, knit material. Instead it has no texture. It actually looks pretty bad. imo.

best way i can describe the brown material on the jacket, is its one step above the material they use in halloween costumes. i.e. a kids batman cape or something like that, if anyone knows what the hell im talking about.

The jacket looks fine from those pics. People who are unaware of the jacket's specifications won't notice the small little details. Thanks for the pics corso. You got me all excited now.

no prob, you would have to very look close to notice those details even if you knew what to look for.

So those of you who own the jacket...is it worth the $150??? Should I buy one from getgoretro??? Reading this thread, makes me pause. That's a lot of money to spend on sub-par products.
THANKS!!!!

$150?? I think its worth it even there are a few things
on the jacket that could be improved. But you
have to remember there's not much you
can buy for $150 these days.
I think $350 (Magnoli) is kind of high but it's only my opinion.
I still want to see Magnoli version in black. Maybe
I will change my mind and get one in black just
in case I run into someone wearing steady jacket ;)

The 350 guarantees fit, features, and durability. It's investing your money in something more valuable. If you want to do it right, shell out the extra cash like I will be doing. It's totally worth it with Magnoli.

I want to see one in black.
Mgnoli black jacket will be with gold/yellowish scorpion or some other color?
