DRIVE (2011) Scorpion Satin Jacket

2 weeks of?
That's a long wait but I guess they have to sent a lot of
packages. I think when they send them we should get
confirmation email . So far I didnt get one.

well,im in Fullerton and they are in Santa Anna which is like 10 mins away. I guess I should get mine within a couple of days then...

I don't believe they are shipping them yet. Did anyone of you received confirmation email that the package was sent? If not, the packages are not shipped.

Well Cathy told me they haven't got the jackets yet from Steady, they're expecting them by next week. She said GetGoRetro might ship them by Wed, though with the holidays the mail could move a bit slower.

I got basically the same email from her, except she was just reassuring that her copies are being sent to her from Steady. I'm sure everyone who ordered from GGR got the same email that I did.

And yeah, I'm not sure I understand why they haven't taken any photos of this jacket. Maybe they want to make sure the photos they release are professionally done and make the jacket look as good as possible. Here's hoping.

I began to feel that way just now too corso. I left a post on their Facebook Wall, asking about some pictures.
t went on from this jacket, I guess I don't care anymore, haha.

"Just another post about the DRIVE jackets. Have you held out on photos because you want to take professional-style pictures on a model? If so, I think we can deal with fresh, right out of the box photos in the meantime. A lot of us are extremely eager to see these jackets."

I feel like I'm being an impatient dick, but after all the craziness that went on from this jacket, I guess I don't care anymore, haha.

I've been paid up in full for one of SD's neuralyzers for almost 2 years now. 2 months is nothing on the RPF.

Well, the time is nothing to me. I couldn't care less if it was another 2 months, I think it's more about the fact that they've got the product on-hand but haven't got around to taking pictures for the 500 people who ordered them, after using nothing but the screen-used jacket as a placeholder for the last 2 months.

No wonder people are pissed off. It seems that they mislead people with putting original jacket used in the movie on their on their web page and claiming its their jacket by signing on the bottom of the pic steady clothing.. They said that the jacket will be exactly the same as the one from the movie.. then they said that it wont have stitching going over the scorpion. They said they will start shipping jackets on Nov. 15 but so far no one got confirmation email about shipment and there is no pics of THEIR jackets anywhere.... I'm afraid those jackets may not be done yet and maybe they had some other difficulties with making them...
Also.. keep in mind that they changed size chart 3 times!!!!!

corso, you are most definitely on point.

Nah, it's SD and it's worth it.

That's another thing: we don't know if these jackets are worth the price we paid since the company are very dodgy about answering questions and providing photos of their own product. Patience is a virtue, so I will wait it out and see how they look.
