I just received an email from UPS about my Imperial Patrol Trooper helmet arriving tomorrow from Denuo Novo. It's weird because there was no update since last Thursday and then today it shows it's in Goodyear, AZ. This seems like a communication issue with UPS and not DN.

I received my Imperial Patrol Trooper helmet this afternoon from Denuo Novo. I LOVE IT! So glad Jediwannabe's and ggriffaw posted pictures of theirs because I wasn't as big on it until I saw those pictures. The DN product page doesn't do it justice for some reason. No regrets here.
Hello all, newbie question here: recognizing the legacy of this company, is it fair to assume that if the item is not a pre-order and appears to be available for purchase on the site, that it will ship pretty quickly? I'm a first time shopper with Denuo Novo and have read a lot frustration while researching them. Thanks for any advice!

I guess this depends on what you consider "pretty quickly". Don't expect anything like Amazon Prime shipping as that is not happening. You also have to take into consideration any events that may be going on (holidays, cons, etc) that may impact their business and cause a delay.
Communication is not great, so it's hard to tell when your item actually ships. I have received shipping notification from UPS before I get anything from DN. The last helmet I ordered took almost two weeks to arrive. Which is not bad.

Maybe. I have had products ship from Denuo Novo within a few days of placing the order. I have had other products take a month or two if it is something they were just getting in stock from overseas. My guess is they don't get all of an item at the same time so they can ship some of the orders, but others need to wait for additional stock to arrive. It can be frustrating to see posts from other people that received an item, but yours has not shipped for weeks.
I have ordered many products from Denuo Novo and received all of them. Sometimes it takes longer than I would expect, but they do arrive.
What item are you considering?

The Patrol Trooper helmet should arrive fairly quickly since the initial shipping of preorders should be complete by now. It's a nice helmet.

This was my last order that arrived in two weeks and I was on the fence here about getting it until I saw a few of the pictures posted here by other members. I can honestly say after receiving it that I have zero regrets. I love this helmet. It's beautiful.
And even though the Patrol Trooper wasn't seen on screen in the OT, it still kind of fits since it's Imperial.

I consider Rogue One and Solo helmets OT adjacent. Pretty much the same era in the timeline. Obviously designed at a different time and by different people. Some of them are obviously based on OT designs. Some are pretty distinct like the Death Trooper.

Have you considered wall mounted helmet holders?
That's actually how I am displaying my Patrol Trooper now. I laser cut/engraved the extra back panel to dress it up a bit. You could even build your own out of wood or pipe material. They use similar things at Galaxy's Edge inside Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities.
That opens the need for more walls!
