This actually marks the end of a chapter. Denuo Novo has finally finished sending me everything that Anovos owed me. I know we're not supposed to discuss that shameful company here but THANK YOU DENUO NOVO for making good!

Same here. The Death Trooper Specialist was the final helmet on my list. It was originally ordered in May of 2018.

My order (sent via ePost Global) had the status "There was an error locating tracking number" for over a week now. I asked Denuo Novo, but of course I haven't received a response yet; typically, replies here always take over a week.

Great to hear yours is on the move, too. Tracking on ePost Global finally updated, and my order has arrived at their international service centre.

Denuo Novo has responded to me and given a suitable explanation. International packages are only picked up and sent weekly, which is why there has been such a long silence on tracking.

STAR WARS: THE MANDALORIAN™ Bo-Katan Kryze™ Helmet​

So here it is finally after a very long wait! To be honest, it looks much, much better than I ever expected!
Take a look yourself, these are probably the first pictures of this helmet in the wild.

OMG, that was quick... the helmet has already found a new owner. So I won't be able to do a side by side with the EFX (sorry about that…).
What is immediately noticeable is the size. As some have already mentioned, the helmet is bigger than the EFX, so it's as big as the Mando helmet, etc. The EFX is just a 1:1 copy of the production helmet with Katee Sackhoff's head size. The paint is really good for a helmet of this type, EFX is better yes, but this paint is nothing to hide, especially when we look back at the prototypes. They were complete junk.

My first thought when I unpacked it - was it painted in the same factory as the EFX? At first glance it looks almost identical. It even smells identical . Both are Chinese helmets, the EFX paint is and looks even more authentic than this one. But that's not to say that this one is bad, but I think you can see that quite well.

A size difference as you can see. The DN is better than I expected. May sell the DN one off or display it with my other DN mando helmet.

The DN Bo helmet looks really good. I can understand a costuming company making the helmet larger so more people can actually wear the helmet.

That looks as big as my GEC Props helmet does. The weird thing is they specify that on the product details that it is true to size and thus smaller than most of their other helmets. Clearly that's not true.

Yeah it does look too big in comparison to the efx one. In regards to the paint work, hard to say if one is better than the other, they’re just different. But overall I prefer the efx one. Still debating whether to see the DN one or not

The DN version is definitely not bad, but I will say that if I were to order one it would be the EFX.

Now I want to see both of them displayed next to a Hasbro. I realize Hasbro is not at the same level, but the Hasbro Bo Katan helmet has one of the best paint apps of all the Hasbro helmets.

Assuming the efx Bo helmet is the size of the screen used helmets, the DN certainly is not "true to size of original asset". Most of the DN helmets say "Helmet fits up to a size 8 US hat size.". The Death Trooper Concept helmet says "Helmet fits up to a size 7.25 US hat size." even though the regular Death Trooper says size 8.

I bet they changed their mind on the size of the Bo helmet to make it wearable by more people and didn't update the webpage.
