Definitive Arrow Season 2 Deathstroke

Found the other thread with a couple that have done the chest and got some ideas. I am doing the Saran Wrap and duct tape method of building templates.

The lighting makes me look like a hunch back in that second shot but it is not that bad.

Also been working on a way to build the left leg that has the magazine holder on it. I'm using Worbla over foam built from templates based on the holster's leg piece. I've cut out strap holes based on their placement on the holster, and added a strap in the middle to attach the mag holder.



Also been applying the vinyl to the elbows and gloves.



I also built up the shoulder pieces, but apparently haven't taken pics of those.

Would this stuff work for the collar? I'm not sure if it's bendy enough. If it is, maybe a line could be cut into the tube with a razor. The tip of the bdu (of coveralls) collar could go in the cut and glued in place.

That is likely bias tape or pipping which you can get at a sewing store.

I haven't put it in, but I got orange piping for the collar at my local sewing shop.

For sizing the armor vest, don't forget that it isn't worn right over the chest. The eventer vest is really thick, and adds a lot of mass. I sized mine off of the vest, not my own body.


On a different note: It looks to me that the blue on the knuckles is paint, not the same carbon fiber stuff used elsewhere. Anyone able to confirm/refute?

Also: Anyone know what type of bullets are on the right shoulder? Or if they are even really bullets at all? I'll probably just round off the tips of some dowels and paint those.

The sword he uses is a modified version of the Paul Chen practical katana. For whatever reason I can't post pictures from my phone. I own an older version of this katana and recognized it right away

Guys, I might have a potential lead on the under clothes. Nothing major, but I found some pants today in a military surplus that have a sheen similar to what we can see in the pics. It's a cotton/polyester/metallic thread blend, sold as anti-static intervention security pants by CityGuard. I think the material is close, but the model isn't right of course. It might be worth looking for pants with similar material.

This is my first post, and I hope this helps everyone. I have been working on a screen accurate deathstroke season 2 costume, and the help from this forum has been fantastic. I hope this information I have come across will be helpful to everyone.
I am nearly certain I have found the pants deathstroke is wearing. They are Ralph Lauren black label slim fit cargo pants - http://www.ralphlauren.com/product/...83166&f=Men&kw=coated+cargo&parentPage=search . Apparently you can only by them new in brown coating, but I found a pair on the big auction site in black. If you look at the unique pockets on the right thigh and left knee I think you will agree that these are the actual pants.
I was searching an online auction site for coated pants, and found someone selling these in a discontinued black coated version. I received them, and they are identical to the deathstroke pants. The pants were purchased at bloomingdales in california. If you check bloomingdales website they are selling black coated cargos, but a different style to these.
Those that I purchases are a base cargo of navy cotton, coated in black. They are awesome, the quality is fantastic. Good luck to everyone else on their search for a pair!!

Holy cowl yes, that's the pants ! Too bad it's nearly impossible to find in black. And really expensive. But it means the vest is probably also a wax coated cotton or something similar. Wonder if it's a ralph lauren too now.
