Limited Run crossguard Kylo Lightsaber run - can add electronics for 3 light up blades

These came out really nice too...but only about 40 are still left out of the run...and they are selling 2-3 a day

UPDATE - for those who still want a CROSSGUARD saber, I have 15 still in stock, some normal and some Blackish-rustic weathered, and I will have side blades and main blades available for it...these are still $275 for these KR saber.- contact me via my email of korbanth47@gmail.com if you still want to own one.

If you still have one come next week, I may just have to get one of the weathered ones. Is the $275 including shipping or is shipping additional?

its $275 for standard metal semi-polished finish, and $295 for blackish-rustic-weathering

$15 for postage for those in the USA or $40 outside of the USA

optional blades for it is $60 for set of all three blades or $25 for 1 set of side blades

its best to just send me an email at korbanth47@gmail.com - I am nearing the end of the run, and down to 15 left

[EDIT: If you read this post, be sure to read the next two posts as well, for full details.]

I received my lightsaber, and overall I'm extremely happy with it. However, I noticed that the crossguard is crooked. And now that I've noticed it, it appears that they're all like that. It's not too major, but with lit blades inside, I think it will stand out. So I wanted to ask if there were any metal experts out there who could estimate how much it would cost to fix. If I took this to a metal shop, how much do you think it'd cost to have this heated up and bent into place?

Thanks again, korbanth! I don't want this post to deter anyone, because it really is a nice piece. I'm still very happy I bought it, and I can fully recommend it.

If you look at photos of the hilt they have on display you can see that its actually part of the design. No need to get it changed!

In that case, I happily rescind my question, and replace it with appreciation for capturing such an obscure detail. :)

I see it now - here's a photo of the original prop:

correct...it may have ended up straight in the movie, but we only had the sample to follow from the April Anaheim convention...so thats how it was, and thats how the korbanth one is, like it, love it or hate it....so far, only a few people said it was something that kept them from getting one, and about 97% of the rest said its not as bad as the photos make it look once your holding it in your hand....here is a video showing one lit up, and again, you might just love it enough to get one that I have left to offer...this run will not repeat, so in 1-2 months they will be gone....

Any plans to make a full-metal, screen accurate version (straight crossguards, full details, etc)?
I love your work, but the crooked crossguards were what deterred me from hopping on this run...

I wonder if it'd be possible to take it to a metal shop and have them heat it up and bend it into place. It doesn't sound like something that would be overly expensive. It seems like something that's either not feasible, or very easy.

there was one crossguard buyer over in Germany that he was successful at making his side pieces straight and even added the damage and wires...he will perform the same surgery for anyone who just feels they really need to do it...although 99.5% of the people I've talked to say it really is not an issue and they kinda feel like it gives the saber a little more character, but I wont try to make anyone who doesn't like it get it, that's your own choice, but I still am quite happy with the way they came out

heres the pic of the saber guy in Germany - his crossguard

Thanks for the information! I may contact a few local shops and get a quote. I'm glad to see it can be done.

Mine arrived, as did the accompanying Graflex 2.0... So, SO very nice!!!... The detail on the KR is just incredible, I can't wait to squeeze some parts in there!... Just waiting on my NBv3 before I give it a go. ;)

So...I wound up (with a little help from friends..hat tip to Philip Wise and Devan at Blue Realm) machining out the 'cut hole', machining a new accurate end cap, laser etching the little panels in between the grips, making several greeblies on the outer body by either 3D printing or laser cut acrylic, 3D printed the emitter insert, exhaust inserts, wire holders and saber 'guts', drill and tap holes, allen head screws, a couple blue and a red wire, and gave it one heck of a paint job. I'm rather pleased with the end result.
