Got a reply from chronicle today from an earlier email:
"While we do not have an exact delivery date at this time, we have been informed that the Mandalorian Helmets were close to completion when COVID-19 made its impact globally. We have confirmed with EFX that they will be arriving in the US in the next few weeks. Once they have cleared customs and are ready for delivery in the weeks that follow their arrival at port, you will be contacted accordingly with a shipping confirmation and tracking information for your records. "
 
I just got an update from Chronicle. Hoping I get a second email if I am in the first 150

Greetings from Chronicle Collectibles!

You are receiving this email because you have an order placed with us for EFX Collectibles' The Mandalorian Helmet. We learned from EFX that the first wave of 150 units have been shipped from the factory. These units are scheduled to arrive at the Port of LA on June 5th.

Once a cargo ship reaches the port, it must be unloaded and the cargo must clear customs. This can take anywhere from a few days to two weeks, depending on the cargo. We estimate that the helmets will be ready to ship to customers starting around June 15th. These helmets will be shipping directly from EFX so no one has to wait for these items to move to Texas. Due to this, we need to prepare shipping labels ahead of time and send them to EFX.

We are sending this email to everyone that has ordered The Mandalorian Helmet to be sure everyone has the latest information. We will be sending out a second email today to all of the customers in the first wave of 150. If you are in the first 150, this second email is to assist us with any address changes you have and will notify you of a shipping invoice if you have not paid your shipping yet.

If you do not receive this second email (titled "You're in the first wave..."), you will be in the second wave. We do not have a shipping estimate for this second wave yet, but we do know the factory is already working on them. Please do not send us an email asking what wave you are in. We are short-staffed in customer service right now and doing everything we can to keep up with our daily requests and getting information out to customers.

We have determined the first 150 customer orders by the time and date stamp on the orders, so we can make this as fair as possible. We will only consider shipping orders that are paid in full, so if you owe any funds (remaining balance or shipping) and you are in the first wave, you will be invoiced your whole balance. If you cannot pay this invoice within one week, we will cancel the invoice and move on to the next person. This is not to be unfair or rude; we need to be able to send labels to EFX in a timely manner.

Thank you all so much for your patience and understanding during the extended Chinese New Year/COVID-19 problems. We know this has not been an ideal situation for anyone and we appreciate your support during this crazy time.

You are receiving this (second) email because you have an order placed with us for EFX Collectibles' The Mandalorian Helmet. We learned from EFX that the first wave of 150 units have been shipped from the factory and congratulations; you're in the first wave!

These units are scheduled to arrive at the Port of LA on June 5th. Once a cargo ship reaches the port, it must be unloaded and the cargo must clear customs. This can take anywhere from a few days to two weeks, depending on the cargo. We estimate that the helmets will be ready to ship to customers starting around June 15th. These helmets will be shipping directly from EFX so no one has to wait for these items to move to Texas. Due to this, we need to prepare shipping labels ahead of time and send them to EFX. We have been instructed by EFX to send labels before June 8thso they are prepared to ship out as soon as the items arrive. **This means that you will receive 1 shipping notification when your label is created and there will be a delay before the 2nd notification to say that it is physically on its way.** We don't have a way to tell UPS/Fedex not to send a notification until it is moving, so we wanted to issue a warning that this is expected. Please do not reach out asking when these will ship after your first "label created" notification; we promise these will ship out as quickly as possible. Everyone at EFX and Chronicle is incredibly excited to share these pieces with you.

Since you are receiving this email, we ask that you take a moment to look at your order and be sure that the address connected to your order is correct. If it is not, please respond and let us know your new shipping address. **If we do not hear from you and your item ships with an incorrect address, you are responsible for any fees associated with the item's return and reshipment.**

If you feel that you need to speak to someone about your account, we do have staff in-office that can assist you. We are experiencing higher call volumes than usual, so I ask that if you have to leave a voicemail, please mention The Mandalorian Helmet in your voice message. This will allow us to prioritize your call in order to help get your account squared away.

We cannot guarantee specific edition numbers for this item, or even a close range that we can sometimes accommodate on other Chronicle items. Since they are shipping from EFX directly, we have no control over which numbers are sent out. There are only 750 of these being made so you are guaranteed a beautiful, licensed piece with #1-750 on the plaque.
