That is a whole lot of weathering. Probably more than the ANOVOS

I’ll wait to see some more arrive, but I’ll probably end up selling mine (the allure went away 6 months ago when none of my Christmas presents arrived on time and my kids asked me why I didn’t get anything...eFX wasn’t really a surprise, RS Hero was, and two other “guaranteed” commissions were also). The visor looks flexed funny and the details look soft.

Looks nice. The visor seems darker than the Anovos thankfully, but I think the weathering doesn't look as good. A bit heavy with only one shade of brown.

You can ask the guy on Facebook. He already said he was rushing so his wife wouldn’t see and put the base together wrong.

Someone can take those pics into photoshop and color correct them. Take some of the yellow out. That could give us a clue.

The paint looks super thick where the Mohawk meets the visor band, the weathering looks very over done, not filling me with hope.

Will wait for more pictures but so far I feel it’s in the same league as the Anovos. It’s a decent but overpriced representation of the Mando bucket with some glaring flaws and a huge margin of improvement in the paint job department.

I hope I’m proven wrong as more pics come in but I’m not holding my breath.

The lighting is so bad it doesn’t matter.

...How anyone can come to some form of conclusion based on these 5 photos is beyond me.

Well you can see a few of the “details,” like the paint globing over the brow where the Mohawk meets the horizontal ridge. And the amount of weathering one the front. But yes, these pics don’t do it any kind of justice. We just have to wait...

...I hate waiting.

Interesting that the reviewer mentions that the helmet is darker than expected. The weathering looks pretty heavy. Two of the typical complaints about the Anovos helmet. It will be interesting to see how different they actually are.

two thoughts:
Was that a ragtime version of the cantina theme? Not sure how I feel about that.

The weathering does seem a bit heavy compared to the version in several screen shots from the show. However, it isn’t too bad.

I'm still waiting to see better photos and mine on hand but the weathering here looks like it's overkill.
