Fit 24", it is very important the size cause remember under the helmet has leather all around, nose, face, back and some place has doble leather like the ear section. Most people like to use real leather to make it more like the movie.

Here the helmet on the Chris Evan lifesize , tomorrow I will have the leather (100% leather) put on the helmet, this a 24" size the leather should fit perfectly.

Almost all the helmet complete, for those asking me about a 23" or 23.5" helmet, we are almost done on that one tomorrow will show photos. this one got additional few details, plus a good friend of mine doing the leather work.

Here is a new size helmet 23".5 comfortable, good for those asking me for that size, with fair enough space to add real leather specially the nose area, at the same time I added more little details like the little rectangular holes front and back on the helmet (I found more photos from the hot toys and convention photos good for reference) , two extra lines that go on top and one the back, the texture it still the same as the last one I believe is the close one so far. I hope you like, molding is on ...

Hi here is the helmet painted it, leather, 2 jaw pieces, triangles etc.... we have available helmet size 22" 3/4, and this one is 23".5. all for preorder. The helmet is on my lifesize Chris Evan bust.

Hey Maulfett, got my helmet yesterday, insanely great job. What color did you use to paint yours up? I have to get a new dremel attatchment to clean it up but other than that, very impressed.

Just a quick thought, maybe you could look at CAP A3 helmet--which looks about the same as TWS but also add shoulder armor, just a thought.

Hi, thanks, the color for the CA WS I mixed couple color, I used acrilic paints liquid from walmart, true blue, a little green then I play with black paint until I get the dark tone desire, mixed all together then I used a airbrush, next a 2 coats of clear matte, after is dry use black paint very liquid (add water) paint all the lines, terture area too but clean the excess with dry clothe or napkins you don't want to paint the texture all black just the deep texture.
