Captain America : TFA

Here are the cards from the back of Cap's USO Shield. ENJOY!

-Darxide

You beat me! Yours are much better than mine anyways! By the way, the cards are coming along nicely. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

My last post before I turn in for the night.

These are the Aerial Surveillance Photos of the Hydra Factories.

Darxide what did you get for the text down the right of the cards on the back I thought it said Exclusively Made in U.S.A. not sure got the rest of the text except for the bit in the bottom left corner.

The Avengers art book, you can just about see the blur of the text in DB's set of cards picture but with the book it's a little easier.

Awesome work on these props. Darxide - Incredible. I am throwing in the towel and not finishing the crads; strike that card that I was working on. Your cards look outstanding and the speed that your are moving at is beyond me.

I look forward to purchasing a set from you once they have been completed.

Darxide, did you get the Hydra photos from the Auction catalog. Yours seem to have more detail.

Thank you for sharing the painting and photos and cue cards.

I think we might want to retitle this thread "Avengers". It seems to cover everything we are working on. They are all intermixed.

I would like to get copies of these.

SHIELD Docs by DBCooper5, on Flickr

Especially the top one of Stark. It seems to be the same layout as the Tesseract doc from the file Fury presents to Rogers. I am going to see the movie and try and get a pic of the file this week. Hope I don't get arrested.

Research has not turned up a pic of Stark in the tuxedo. Looks to be a promo pic. The Iron man shot seems to be the one from the newspaper.

Best,

Thanks DB. Oh by the way...They are finished! Well the ones that are seen in the Art of book at least. I'm still working on 2 more custom ones to bring the set up to a full 15.

I look forward to purchasing a set from you once they have been completed.

I'm looking forward to being able to get these reproduced. I'm just waiting for my latest samples. Companies keep telling me their product is just like an actual baseball card, I get the sample, and it's like the set of cards we got when we played Little League - photo paper. Disappointing.

My biggest problem it would seem, is how I'm going to receive payment. As I don't use Paypal after being RAPED two times in one week by a husband and wife team (didn't find out until afterwords) and ended up losing the products AND Paypal telling them sure no problem, "here's a refund even though you haven't proven that you've returned it." Which they never did.

So until Paypal and eBay get beyond the "Customer is always right regardless" view point, I've definitely taken a leave of absence from them.

Yes I did. Maybe it's just how I edit??

Thank you for sharing the painting and photos and cue cards.

No problem, there's a bunch more on the way.

Here's some reference for the Tesseract file. Not the greatest but enjoy none the less.

These files are some of the last on my to do list as the reference isn't the greatest.

-Darxide

P.S. I can get the pictures a bit bigger so if there's a shot you want specifically let me know.

And here's a couple more of the other files. You can actually read a lot of the text in these, at least enough to get a template started.

One of the things I noticed and I'm actually pretty happy about (POSSIBLE SPOILER FOR CAPTAIN AMERICA 2) is the fact that Howard Stark's file says DECEASED, Bucky's says KILLED IN ACTION, and Jim Morita's says DECEASED. However, Peggy Carters files says RETIRED and in the upper right hand corner INACTIVE. Cryogenic state anyone? :love

Who are you??? How do you get this stuff so fast?

These are awesome. I am working on a template right now. Still need to find the photos. Will post as I progress.

Thank you so much for this Darxide. Great stuff.

I could tell you but unfortunately you need Level 7 clearance to be privy to that information and Director Fury has informed me that if I tell you - he'll have you cryogenicly frozen. :cool

Looking forward to it.

Also you should check your PM's. I sent you something you should enjoy.

That looks awesome DB!! I tried tracking down the photo of Stark for you but no dice. I did only look for about 20 mins though. Give me a couple hours of searching and I'll probably find it.

dbcooper, this looks great! I have one suggestion...the "U.S. Engineering" should be either B.S. or M.S., which indicates the degree he received.

I will look into that Bend215, thanks for the observation. It is hard to make out and what you suggest makes sense.

Messed around with this one today.
