Captain America : TFA

Here's a couple more things for everyone.

First the Camp Lehigh Flag. I've left it in black in white to keep file size down because this thing is huge. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

It measures 41.5" wide by 30" high. .PNG format.

The other picture is mainly for DB. It's a shot someone took of the files that are on display at USC. Nothing amazing but you can make out what it actually says at the bottom of the Stark file and there's a bit more readable info from the 40's files.

And since I posted it in another thread, here's a little teaser of the cards -

Thank you Darxide. That pic did help finish the Stark doc. I will have to update my post. It says something about his pacemaker on it.

The cards are looking perfect. Great work. I saw the movie for a third time on Tues. It was sold out!

The other cards not shown in the "Art of" book seem to be comicbook covers or frames.

Here are some of my Captain America props so far. i know the SHIELD sheets are more Avengers. I had the dog tags fashioned after the ones in the Auction catalog.

Nice work DB ! But the picture of Tony Stark is not accurate .
Maybe you can use this one after removing background ?

DB What folder did you used to print that "department of the army" from Captain America that is awesome.. or do you sell them??

eFX Inc. - MARVEL Prop Replicas

Well - needless to say I'm pretty deflated. I've spent weeks tracking down all the source material and perfecting my set of Coulson's Cards. I even spent a fair bit of money on samples to make sure they would be up to my standard.

Alas, I guess it just wasn't meant to be. I'm trying to decide whether or not to release them as free paper props but I just spent so much time and effort on these that I'm having a hard time letting them go.

What would have been included in the set -

15 Cards (11 original and 4 fan made) in regular "Brand New" condition
15 Cards (Bloodied vintage condition)
A making of booklet that detailed where ALL of the reference material was from as well as pictures.

I made a vintage style Trading Card Wax Packaging to put the cards in. Each set was going to come with 3 packages of 5 "new" Cards, the bloodied set, and the booklet all wrapped up in a nice little box.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see how long it takes eFX to get their sets out. :rolleyes

that must be disapointing to find out after all your hard work. but who knows if efx will ever release the cards. it wont be the first time a prop replica company gets a licence and doesnt release what they said they were going to or what they release is crap.
the cards might be made like modren cards.

so who knows what the future brings

Here are the last few ID forms from S.H.I.E.L.D.

I even did two different ones for Coulson.

I may start an interest thread for these. I printed them on higher quality paper due to all the black and the pics. They really turned out nice.

I am working on the ones from the 1940's. May include them or have them with a Captain America set. Not sure yet.

I am still interested in your cards Darxide. Don't give up. RPF members stuff is better.

That true RPF props are normally better quality and more accurate then the licensed replicas

DB What folder did you used to print that "department of the army" from Captain America that is awesome.. or do you sell them??

Chris27989 - It is not a true folder. File folders are usually slightly bigger than a sheet of paper. This is a piece card stock from Joanne Fabrics I found. I cut it to 11x17 inches and then printed on it. Folded and it works as a passible folder.

IS THERE anyone on the RPF able to print on REAL file folders. Maybe with an oversized printer. I have several folders I would want to have made up. I have the graphic all set just need it printed.

Any HELP?

I used to have a large printer at my old job and would run off book covers, like my Tony Stark book

It would do 11.5/24 but alas they let me go over a year ago. Sorry DB, Love the operation rebirth document in the back there..
Would love to see the 40's ones if you do them.

Hi DB

I have an HP inkjet that will print 13 x 19 max size. I don't think it would print on an actual file folder but I have printed on cardstock and made my own folders much as you have.

Any help?

Referring to manila or similar? If so, shoot me a PM with what you have in mind and I believe I can handle it.
