Great idea!
If they are vinyl then they might eventually start to come off with wear though.
That said, I suppose that would take lots of wear!

You could just buy plently and keep replacing when and if necessary, or apply the decal and give a quick spray of clear lacquer on to the temple tip and decal to "seal" it on.

I need to "re-do" my Bromley's MT temple tip logo too. I was thinking of removing the tip and carefully and laboriously masking out an MT logo myself, then spray painting it on.

I think your decal idea is much better!!

The Bromleys have different color temple tip MT logos depending on the colorway too.

I screenshot a pic of the temple tip from the $1325 pair that just sold. Hopefully the guy that does them has the right color and has the ability. If they do turn out I'll have him make a bunch for everyone interested.

If you're looking for the Diors, you're gonna have a bad time finding them, if I remember correctly, Manchester007 had a guy with a few, but that was like 6 months ago.

And UV is right, if you have questions, you'd better ask here, where you'll have the best chance to get the right answer.

I found a picture of the logo on Google images and made it a vector, I'm hoping that'll help and that he'll have a color that slightly matches and that the sizing won't be an issue

The only pair of glasses I have with glass lenses are the OP Bernardo.

Glass/crystal has the best clarity and greatest scratch-resistance, but they can shatter.

Polycarbonate is used in safety glasses and sports glasses like Oakleys; they are the least clear and prone to scratching, but they are excellent for impact and resistant against shattering. Trivex lenses are similar in nature to Polycarbonate but has better clarity and a price point to match.

Plastic (CR-39) combines the best of both worlds but not the best at anything - better clarity than Polycarbonate and better impact resistance than glass/crystal.

I prefer glass/crystal nowadays because I enjoy the clarity and daily durability of it. I use polycarbonate for sports, of course, but Oliver Peoples’ Barbarini VFX lens is my go-to.

I will say that the Bernardos do seem the clearest. I just wish I could afford to have all my glasses done in glass.

I worry for accuracy you know? I'm wondering if all or some his movie lenses are done in glass.

I'm saving up for lenses for my M2002 and TF Johnsons and all the other pairs that need a custom job.

If any one has done custom work from Jason can you send pics?

I've been talking to some folks and I've heard all sorts of things like... All his glasses are done in glass with others I speak with saying a particular few like the Bernardos, AoU All-Ins and the M2002s were made with glass lenses with the rest in Polycarbonate.

Does anyone know or have a good guess?

I personally believe hate clutter so unless the box is unique AND I want to keep it, I either RTS the boxes for the company to re-use or fill them with things that might help the homeless, or at the very least, recycling the box if I feel lazy.

I usually fill them with "mini-first aid kits" and visit shelters and occasionally use the website below.

My philosophy is if you haven't touched it in a year... chuck it, make use of it or give it to someone else.

My future stationary storage plan is a shelf and on the go storage being with them in hard cases within a pelican type case.

But hey, I'm that's just me. I keep 1 to display from each company and that's about it.

Here's the India glasses without any coloring and hues.

I cant tell if there's a hump on the lenses or they're simply cat eye.

Any thoughts?
