Can't find Tony Stark's sunglasses from Iron Man 3

Newbie here, who is this Deckard guy and what scams did he pull to get banned exactly?
not sure exactly why he got banned before I had dealt with him but he held himself out to be working with Marvel and claimed to have a lot of connections and eventually offered to swap lenses on my Dita Flights that I stupidly sent out to him and then I never heard from him about them back in 2018, reached back out to him again earlier this year and he claimed he would still pay me for them, never did either. He's a fraud and a piece of ****. Tried to justify stealing my sunglasses 20 different ways.

if you need more proof of him being a fraud, his etsy store is full of stolen designs/artwork

and his poshmark site just for good measure

Does anyone know if the Dior Black Tie was in 51 mm or 53mm in the movie? I found them vintage in my local vintage sunglass shop but I don't wanna buy them in the wrong size if I can avoid it.

I have a small head and if sometime down the road I give in to doing a size swap and forgo accuracy... I'll keep you in mind. I eventually had a friend loan me their Concept 2s for a $250 collateral before I bought the smaller size from Jason. Needless to say, I wasn't happy with the big size and went smaller.

So if I don't like these, I'll send you a pm gotmeth if you give me the go ahead of course. :p

Oh yeah absolutely! I have the smaller Initium concept 2s and the Roy Tower ones too. Trust me, the Initium ones are so much better

Happy New Year!

Can people kinda list off some of the glasses that scream RDJ?

I know when people think Downey nowadays they think Dita Flight 006, Sheldrakes and all the Bernardos.

What are some timeless pieces that scream "RDJ" that you think will be the most recognizable and timeless to the. public?

A few more "non-movie" frames, if your wallet can stand it..lol....

Yeah, think I'll stop right there...lol..there are absolutely loads more non-movie frames, it seems literally endless! - probably far too many for here! It would need it's own huge thread, considering we are 115 pages in, on movie frames alone!
I don't think anyone could collect ALL the non-movie frames realistically!!

If someone would like to expand on this via google drive doc that would be pretty cool. Feed my unhealthy habit

This is a photo of Stark in a cameo scene in new the Black Widow movie. Any guess what sunglasses they are. It’s blurry I know but I thought somebody here said Initium has glasses in this movie? Are they Red frame All-In’s? Or something else?

Same intuition about the Initium (with deep blue lenses ?), and yes, the All In Armored Edition were rumored to appear on screen (I think all the way back to Civil War if I remember correctly), so if they're the All-Ins, this might just be some deleted shots from Civil War they're recycling. That would definitely be his "favorite" on-screen pair, before the Matsuda's (3 different versions against 2)

If only we had that image enhancing technology that you see in movies....one click and the image cleans itself up to HD or 4k!! Lol.
Sad though, to think that this may well be the last pair ever!:(
It would be good to think that at a stretch, (+ a bit of luck), 2 or 3 pairs might come out of Black Widow....look how many we got out of Homecoming!!

There were 3 Versions of the All-Ins? I know about the Polished Silver with Grey and the Matte Black with Black...what was the third?
Or are you saying if they are in Black Widow, that would be the third pair?

To the mad-man who bought the World of Vision Barabados frames in 5 mins after DM'ing everyone in my insta, I'll never understand why you bought them in the wrong color. But I'm happy for you I guess.

Do you think the are indeed red frame All-Ins? What color lens do you think?

A few years Jason sold me a pair of Armored All Ins with black weathering (stark) and a pair of adonized blue cocktails (Rogers). He said they were used on set but weren't picked for the final cut. Hopefully these will be the ones seen on screen in black widow. The cool thing is that these frames on have any markings on the inside of the arms

Jason mentioned to me that the Hybrid Moment frames went across for Black Widow. The new red All In were used in Disney + shows along with the revamped British Steel apparently.

Jason sole me a pair of Stark Industries red All In as well back then. They're similar but not labelled with Armoured & RDJ like on the website. They have Stark Industries printed on the frame on the inside. I can take some pics if you like? He told me they did a run of those as gifts to the cast, but Marvel returned them as they didn't get handed out.

The paint job on them was a bit sketchy though. A piece of the powder coat paint flicked off the top of the frame while I was cleaning my lenses not long after I recieved them. They couldn't be replaced as there were none left, so he gave me a pair of custom lense Antique Gold All In on the house as well. I still have the Limited Edition Stark Industries All In, but I don't wear them for fear of more paint coming off.
