The small guns on the second pics are from the Tamiya 1/700 Scharnhorst or from her sistership The Gneisenau, but you already have this kit as it's used on the ANH ISD ! They're glued upside down.

I'll have a look at my kit pile... I've been accumulating way too many ANH kits.

I think those small rectangular covers maybe from a Nitto Hanomag.

EDIT: Nevermind was about to say my Scharnhorst guns look right but are too big. Oh well tox called it back there already.

I checked the kit scan for hanomag but couldn't find the small parts.
Can you give me any reference? if you don't mind...

Finally, the describing work is finished as below pics~!
From now, I will try to identify the remaining kit parts and also get 1/16 sherman parts.
