Really wanted a flag! Hmm...
By the way, has anyone made a font that matches the one used on Galactica signage? Examples include the ship tags, tool boxes and med kits, the doors, hangar bay signs, and so on.
I know of the "Battlestar" font and "Bank Gothic", but this one looks like a custom font with clipped ends.

Can anyone whose been to the auction confirm what kind of fabric those colonies flags were made of? It looks like some kind of nylon.

...and whether the layered fabrics were sewn on each other or fabric adhesive was used.

The sheen in the images looks too even or there to be layers; it doesn't look like there's any edges. The design looks like it might be printed on.

I'd say you're right. Printed on nylon, just like the flags you would buy at the store.

Means nothing to me either... but I guess there are people who "collect fine art", who can throw that into the collection between a couple of Rembrandts. :lol
