Your right to ask is fine, your follow up was just rude and impatient. Like you say, everyone else is waiting too, not many others behaving so impatient and childish.I think I have every right to ask about an update of the item I paid for, every 2 weeks. Because right now I don’t own them anything. They do. And not just to me. If they would say June, then if I would not it get it by June I would ask about it again in June. But they say ‘soon’ and it ‘won’t take long’ and all of their synonims. So yes, I would like to get an update. Again. Got me dude?

You made things personal when you suggesting they're choosing to ignore you just because they hadn't responded in less than 48 hours.Wow, you did not last 3 minutes without getting personal. I don't think we should get into what is childish and what is not. Because we could start with poking your nose where it does not belong or thinking that refering to what everyone (you think) does matters.

Just be patient, by all means ask for info but be patient - I'm sure they have a lot to contend with at the moment getting it all sorted and perfect.
