Probably a dumb question but, is that price for a kit or a finished prop?

I realize it's a pretty rough translation....

I was under the impression that it was only a one piece mold plus the grips, but the images of the LED's and the switch on the magazine lead me to believe there might be more to it, or just a nice paint job. Either way, this will not have any bells and whistles and will be up to us to make it look like the real thing. It is in essence a "Stunt" version, but made out of plastic instead of rubber. Elfin Knights has been selling versions of this gun for a while now in this mode. I may try to get in touch with them again, I know he often has to translate my English and vice versa, but he has responded to me in the past about his work.

For about US$115 to $130 range, it's not bad.

The amber clear is correct to the movie, but if it's not your thing you could always paint it - as people do with replica Colt six-shooter or Mal resin pistol grips etc.
