Brandomack was on the forum yesterday, it seems. So he would have had the chance to answer, I'd think... :unsure: :confused:
 
Please respond Brandon. We all trusted you and believed in this run. Please respond and give us an update on the refunds. We have all been more than patient. We deserve communication from you. When will you be paying out the refunds?

I intend on charging Curtis with fraud if there is no proof of making good on his promises by new years.

I leave the house for work at 5am and get home at 7:30pm, have a bath, eat my dinner and go to bed. Thats my life. There is never enough time, there is never enough money.
 
Maybe sell some of the tools you bought to make the blasters that aren't getting finished Brandon.Maybe you could make a payment plan and pay people a set amount each month.Working your way through the list until you have repaid the money you have taken.

Well how strange... This guy now has been banned... I don't know the reason off course, but it does make me wonder... :unsure:

The guy tried e-mailing me after I stated here that he was banned. :unsure: I just removed and blocked his e-mails.. Doesn't matter much, though.

Most important is that people here that paid money to brandomack, get their money back (or a kit if they want to). But with only one or two answers from brandomack every month, I don't see this happening, really...

I’m in survival mode, dude. My entire cheque goes to either rent or child support. I’m working 50 hour weeks and making 50% of what i was earning previously. You seem to think that i refuse to pay anyone a refund, but i’m in a position where there is literally not enough money to go around. I can’t refund anyone unless i can earn enough to cover my expenses with excess left over. There is currently no excess, and i’m behind on a multitude of bills at any given time.
 
Where did the money of all those deposits go, then? It didn't vanish in thin air, did it? If it was used to buy materials, machines, whatever, then you have stuff to sell to pay back people. I can understand that you will not be able to refund everybody right now, but come one, at least 50% of all deposits could be refunded when you sell everything you bought or produced at only 50% of the price, right?

If the excuse "Yeah, I don't have the money anymore and have other bills to pay" would be accepted here on the forum, what would prevent others to start runs, cashing THOUSANDS of dollars in deposits, and afterwards just don't deliver and us this excuse?

Again: I don't have a dog in this fight anymore, I just hate to see that so many fellow RPF members are treated this way!

The pewter has been returned to the manufacturer and refunds were issued to many, i have a bin of pop rivets, hex head machine screws, dead 9v batteries, a $6000 bin of dried out silicone molds, a stack of cardbord boxes, a bin of reject 3d printed parts, a bin of solenoids, a mastercraft belt sander, a couple bags of trigger springs, LEDs, some red/black wire and some SMT momentary contact switches.
 
$6000 on molds? Really? And you bought all 9V batteries UP FRONT??? Come on, man! Just be honest and say you used this money for a big part to pay personal bills. Everybody here is thinking the same, believe me.

Anyway, I'm out again. stussy and me seem to be the only people really caring about this run, and I'm even refunded already. I guess you are lucky and get away with this. Just post a reply once a month and nobody will come after you it seems. Well done. (y) :( :rolleyes:
