I believe I've ID'd the holsters as Blackhawk Serpa CQB holsters: BLACKHAWK! SERPA CQC w/Matte Finish - BLACKHAWK!

I think it's a Glock 26. It may be a 33. Not sure exactly but the correct holster is the 26/27/33 version.

IDK it kinda looks like the same plastisol process that was used on the first widow suit.

Lady S, did you order a sample of this? I really think this looks ALOT like the texture of her suit. I will send your photos to Grace but since she doesn't cosplay I really don't think she will be able to offer advice on what fabric to use. She is good with details with patterns so if you need the pattern made, she is the one to talk to definately. She made Kit and my Siren suit pattern.
I will still send her your pics. but definately order samples from this site. That stuff looks good!

I've been racking my brain tonight at work trying to figure out how to make a replica for my girlfriend to wear in April. Would love to get some input/help from the others working on it in this thread too. Thanks!

So, I've abandoned that clay idea! lol. The awesome Mike Schiffbauer is helping me with the buckle, pouches, and bites in teaching me out to make them. We had our first session today and while I did most of the work, it wouldn't have been possible without his help. Here's a break down of what I did:
For the buckle, I used this mold that Mike had already made. I used that primer on it and filled with with resin.
(Side note: He wants people to know that he no longer has this mold.)
Then we waited for it to dry…
Pop it out and it looks like this:
We had started to paint it…but then it rained. So we made another and I’ll paint it on our next session. But already, much better than my clay version, lol.
While waiting for this to dry, we started on the pouch. I only need to make one master and that will be used to make molds for the rest of them since they’re identical. For this, I used foamie and he taught me how to scratch build it.
I made the outside casing:
And he made the disc. When this is finished, the disc will not be detachable.
It still needs the horizontal bar over the disc and then will be filled in with clay to cover all imperfections before the mold can be made. That will all be done int he next session!

Glock pistols are not an upgrade. I hate Glocks. Worst trigger group ever. Laf.

Looking at the fabric, I am thinking that it is probably some kind of abrasion resistant 4/5-way stretch fabric like Spandura.

Any chance you would possibly be willing to mold another set? My wife is going to be working on this one too. If so, let me know, and how much you would want for a set.
