hi everybody !

Just to let you know community,about something important. As you probably know I had access to some stuff from the movie as I was working on the set. We had such good fun making the movie and I had a really great time meeting some fantastic people there like actors, people behind cameras as well as prop masters. As a result of my good relationship with these people I had an opportunity to cast some of the screen used items, especially bits of the wig. ., I run a batch for some of my closest friends (or, at least, people I thought were my friends). I did that under the condition these items could never be recast - they were just for personal use. The thing is, it dawned upon me as a huge surprise when I found out this morning that

is offering this kit for the ''On Stranger Tides'' wig. What he did is recast my stuff to make profit for himself whereas what I wanted to do and was doing is help my fellow Sparrows improve by getting hold of pieces identical with the screen used items. I thought I could trust him and that's why I sold those pieces to him. He also said: '' Don't worry, I will not recast or sell them to anyone.'' So, I take that as an unwritten contract between friends, which has now been violated. He's claiming he sculpted these items himself basing on my pieces and it's not a recast from what I provided for him. But as you can see for yourself - it clearly is. Nobody is blind or stupid. The facts (in this case - pictures) speak louder than words. So, I just want to warn you people - this guy is a liar and a recaster. He really let me down because he promised not to do it and did it. Also, he is a recaster because he did it only to make profit using my resources. He dares call me a recaster because I shared what I had with him. Does that really make me a recaster? Or rather a friend wanting to lend a hand?

Take it to the mods, if a member is recasting anothers work and you have evidence to back you up, it should be a straight forward ban.

I am going to make 1 reply, not going to drag this out, because I have already proven 2 things. 1, it is not Cristian's work...it is pieces he stole from the set and he simply recast them. My problems of the past with delivery delays, has nothing to do with this...nobody has ever come forward saying I ever bought anything from anybody and popped it. I have bought molds, I have restored real deal pieces which I either got from a studio or a private collector. If there is anybody, ANYBODY out there that can say I recast them with proof, I will eat these words.[...]. Every other week he attacks someone new and many in the Sparrow community are tired of it... other then a few hanger ons. Here is what I wrote somewhere else, will post it here, followed by additional information:

Awww...the civil approach. Cuz we all know how civil Cristian can be. I expect a formal apology aswell. Let us analyze the cross pieces. Anyone who works with mold materials, knows that when you mold something, when done proper and no air bubbles formed in your molding material, u'll get an EXACT casting. Now let's look at the cross pieces you just posted. Yours, first of all, has a much smoother finish...seeing as I use silicones for molding, my casting would have come up just as smooth. 2. Notice the pattern around the head of the cross, on your piece, then look at the pattern on the head of mine. Not the same is it? Notice the hole, notice the pattern on the rest of the cross. I'll remove the cross from my wig, that u sent and place it next to mine. In size, width, basic form and measurements, very close because urs was reference for making mine...but it isn't ur sculpt or work is it? You like to call it yours, but it is a recast (which technically is stealing). So even if it was a recast, that makes another recaster of it, a recaster of another recaster. Last, you say I'm doing it for profit? Considering I basically give this stuff away. Lol. I can retire on making cross pieces. Woohoo! You were charging around 35 for each cross, even though it cost you 2 dollars worth of resin to make them. But u tell people publicly you offer them out of the kindness of ur heart. If it was kindness only, charge people for resin and shipping and give em away.

Now, on top of this. Those with any eye for detail, comb over my picture and his... you will notice several differences. The real one is not only smaller then mine, it is much cleaner in not only lines, the points are different.

Same for the coin, look at the side by side comparison and comb over it... there are several differences. Not as big a head, nose, ***** fish looking thingies, the x's etc... I don't come here, I'm not here to try to prevent myself from being banned... I am simply engaging Cristian who has provoked a lot of people and refuse to bite my lip while he tries to thrash me. I'm sure some of his cronies will show up and throw in their 2 cents, that doesn't bother me. I am a very respected Sparrow, because all I do is help people. My rep in this world speaks for itself. In the end, I have never recast another person's work, without permission. I have never bought something from someone and recast it for my own gain...if my coin and cross were recasts, then I did a **** poor job at it... and I am damn good with molding.

The tassels I offered are not like "yours". I made mine and now I make an even more accurate version of the real one. My sculpt and my casting:

So let the chips fall where they may, let the goon squad who don't even know me but hear things using anonymous names chime in and attack some more...I have bigger fish to fry.

You need to separate the two arguments you're making, becase the first point you're making is irrelevant. The prop community, atleast here on the rpf, is cool with taking a screen used item, casting it, and selling those copies. They are not cool with someone taking one of those copies and making more copies and reselling them, which is what paplooo says you did.

Sure tossing something in silicon makes a great copy, but a copy of a copy is bound to lose details when going from wood to silicon to resin to silicon to resin again. It looks bad on you seeing that every feature is in the same place on your version, just a little less detail, less sharp edges, less deep valleys overall.

I'll respond to that, because it was something I was going to post anyway but forgot. I understand the rule on real deal pieces, but Cristian constantly talks like it is HIS work.

As for detail, that is a valid point...but how is it that my casting is slightly taller and wider? Not to mention with different shapes, albeit, almost the same. How can dumping silicone on something, make my finished pieces, bigger with different lines?

just details like this seem... like you wouldn't resculpt it EXACTLY the same way. I'm talking about the thickness of the curve, the end, the shape, everything is just very very similar.

Of course, when you have the real piece right in front of you, doing it as exact as possible is easy...but mine is still, even in that shot you just circled, is slightly different in not only size, but the curve isn't exact. As for my silicone molding and casting skill, which one is mine, which one is the rang I got to borrow to make castings?

dont speak for the others cos is not true. ive got such a good reputation over the world with a really good sparrows community.. and one of the most screen accurate costumes around IM NOT A SELLER. i dont sell stuff, i did this to help you guys to improve your costume.. if wasnt for me you will never ever get this pieces.. you dont even notice this stuff were on the wig.

can we say the same about you? or should we ask the batman community
as i said before to you .. you did something wrong to me, you let me down and you dont want to admit it.

well my case is done here. at least the people gonna know now the real jants and the true. a guy cannot be trusted , and think twice if you wanna make some deals with him.
