This post is to say a big thank you to the RPF forum and particularly STEALTH for getting me started on an obsessive journey making Iron Man suits. I now have three in progress - the steam punk/ancient armour one is here:

The one below is "battle damaged" mainly because it was the first thing I ever attempted and my foam skills weren't great. It's been a learning experience throughout. Thanks again for the inspiration.

I was thinking of doing some battle damage on my mark 6 (only besause it taken a beating over the past year) any advice or ref. you used to get the job done?
