Bandai release schedule

My wild guess - some variant of the PG falcon, because bandai loves reusing molds and selling them as p-bandai. Not sure if ESB or sequel variant, but I'd guess it will be mix of both, because they'll take current falcon and slap mirrored pits on it

I'd be perfectly happy with an ESB / sequel variant!

My guess as well

probably a 5 gear Falcon with options for building with a rectangular or round dish, possibly seated figures of Finn, Rey added in place of ANH Ben and Leia and Luke or maybe ESB version of Leia?

I doubt it is anything from the new movie

IIRC Bandai has not done a teaser before releasing any of the figure kits, the droid kits or the 1:144/1:72/1:1000 vehicle kits before (Perhaps the PG Falcon)
This is not a typical release I think, this is something special.

A friend just sent me the 1:1000 Blockade Runner kit- amazing detail!
Looking at it makes me wish they would make a larger edition- or at least some companion pieces

Indeed! I received mine yesterday and I am still blown away. I spent the whole evening looking at the incredible amount of detail they put into this master piece.

They had a full display back in 2014 of the Star Destroyer in 1/1700 scale... I would love to see it come to fruitioin!

All I'll say is that I was right when R2 teased the K't'inga, so I'm going with a PG star destroyer. Given the amount of money I've dropped on kits, LEDs, and supplies in the past year, honestly, I'm hoping for something cheaper -- a TIE bomber would fit the bill nicely -- but I bet it's a star destroyer. I can see them launching this one now and then introducing Episode IX kits in September.

I still have the Zvezda sitting and waiting, I'd love to see a Bandai SD so I don't have to do INVAR level of detail, but I would like something we haven't seen before. As well as something not PG Falcon pricey.

This is exactly why it will be a PG star destroyer. I had barely finished the months of major surgery required to change the hull curvature and mandible toe-in on the FM Falcon before Bandai announced the PG. The modeling gods hate us all.
