I was purchasing props and knew Bruce several years before I even knew the RPF was out here. I have never had anything but high praise for his prop work, but more importantly his ethical standards of doing business. And I can say without hesitation that I’m sure Bruce will go above and beyond to make things right.

Good communication - thats one of the most valuable goods in our hobby. :thumbsup
Bruce told me the same things - "don't worry - trying to get it right - oops - I need to redo it" Plenty of time went by - i want to say a year or so, but he did eventually send it to me and guess what, he included some great stuff with it. During the time i was waiting I got the feeling he was juggling other things - more important things with both his money and time. I really hope you get your stuff. I really do like Bruce and consider his work to be excellent because he loves to make the stuff he sells..
Good communication? He washed his hands of his TMP wrist comm builds and I still don't have mine.

I didn´t said that good communication frees someone from fullfilling his obligations. Communication and doings are needed.
I only said it is a valuable good - many problems in the hobby start with bad communication.
Thanks for the pm Lichtbringer! I really understand your frustration in this matter.....I just want everyone to know I was not directly involved with this matter...I made the castings and the builds were done by another person...the issue is with the build but I will do all I can to speed this up from my end!
I appreciate the help you've offered. My main problem on your end is that we were not informed that someone else would be doing the builds when we placed the order for built units. Neither were we informed that it would be a year or more before the builds would be done. If the builder didn't have time to devote to the project, either he should have not taken it on or informed us of the fact so we could make a decision as to whether or not we would just take the kits. On top of that, updates were few and far between. There was a lack of communication when it came to this whole situation and not just on your end, but from the builder as well. As I said in my PM, the whole thing became unacceptable a long time ago.
I was waiting for a notice from PayPal Bruce. So far nothing on my end.
I just checked again. (10:35 est.)
Maybe it's slow. I'm optimistic.

After the TMP wrist comm build fiasco, I'm done with Bruce.
Same here.
