Spacer, just a thought- is it possible that your phaser will end up looking *better* than the actual hero phaser used on the show?"

^ This is actually a serious question...

NINE!!!!!????:angry

:lol That's great. I always think of The Galileo Seven when Scotty opened up the phaser storage bin... THAT's how many I need to own, eventually.:thumbsup

I would like to do the same and line them all up together. That would be quite a collection of built up phaser props.:love

Woah those are amazing! I need to redo another with the metal parts. Most I've had to make my own hahah

If were showing of TOS phaser collection pics

Nice weapons arsenal.:love Now I know I will have to make a few more of these phasers to build up my phaser arsenal. Together we can take over the whole planet.:lol

My AA/DST TOS Phaser mod with a 445Nm Laser installed, metal parts from ScifiProps, painted Grey/Grey:

Nice laser effect Safetyman! You did a good job on the phaser.:thumbsup Chrisisall just bought some grey on grey style phasers unmodified. Thanks for posting the pictures, now I can see what the phaser looks like done up in those colors.

Thanks for the comments! I used a blue 455nM diode with a "Micro Drive"
driver. The nozzle is the heat sink. Output is approx. 600-700 mW. Here is a pic from the build up showing the placement of the laser......
