I have a box here with all the parts but haven’t had time to even open it. I can assure you I already have a easy plan on how to attach the mystery chunk and cone knob

I’d like to keep this thread for the builders kit, but since the builders kit didn’t have a mystery chunk I figured I’d post the upgrade here
As for my SH v2 review, have you subscribed to my YouTube channel? I’m starting filming tonight for it, and probably have it up this weekend. It’s pretty in-depth and I’m hoping to be able to shade some light on how it all came to be (mystery chunk reveal)
The review I won’t post here because I want to keep this for starkiller, but I will be posting a how to on the mystery chunk attachment

Halliwax - Thanks again for your guides. I've just bought a builder kit for myself. As I'm from the UK it's hard to get the right drill peices for the Solo's Hold greeblies.
What size drill bits are you using for the cone and mystery chunk before you tap them?
Eg. for the mystery chunk I used an m2 drill bit, tapped that with a 3/48 tap I found on ebay and the grub didn't go in. I then tried an m2.5 drill bit, tapped it and again the grub's not going in. I'm assuming I need something that's not metric. M3 will be too big.

You need a number 47 drill bit
I always buy 2 at a time, they tend to break very easy at that small size..
That goes for the drill bit and taps I always buy 2 at a time
I don’t remember off hand and have to check my notes on the soloshold knob.. I believe it’s a 6/32 screw if so you need a number 35 drill bit
