They're machined from Polyoxymethylene. Not sure if it's Delrin exactly or some other variation

The ROTJ Hero wide blue card would be the accurate card for Dan’s saber. It’s possible that a little sanding may be required, but perhaps not.

I ordered a sloth blue and a vader exactra b kit. I'll have them today, I think. The blue cards have capacitive touch activation in the card-so awesome! I plan on fx installing mine-eventually.

I am currently traveling. I will be updating everything when I'm home in a few days. The parts have all arrived in the USA. I plan to inspect them and box everything up next Thursday. So keep an eye out for payment notices then.
