Vibro axe builders here's my prototype aluminum blade. I cut this by hand so there are inaccuracies and imperfections. I'm working on perfecting this blade or making it as accurate as possible. I have the two side plates to cut and attach. I'll be water cutting a new blade very soon. I'll keep everyone updated on the progress of this project and my vibro axe build.

It's not too bad. The new one I'm cutting might be a little heavier. The screen used prop was a little bigger so I'll be cutting a new one ( screen accurate one) this week.

Ok update. I'm jet cutting the blade and side pieces tomorrow. I'll put the edge on it, assemble it, and buff it out to be painted. I'll post up pictures of the finished product on this thread. I'll set up a short run thread as soon as its done.

New update, sorry its taking a while I got back the blade from being machine cut. The company was only supposed to cut the outside shape however they took liberties and made it more inaccurate than my first prototype. So I'll probably be hand cutting these. To be precise itll just take a little more time to cut than my first blade.

Dont know. Even if they were just trying to help out the files I sent are detailed from every angle, shape, etc. I dont know how they could have shaped it the way they did.
