Alias Puzzle Tower

Hey all,
I'm going to try and create the puzzle tower seen in the TV series ALIAS. The hardest part is to figure out the shapes used. I was wondering if anyone had Seasons 2 and 5 on Blu ray. The screen grabs I took from the DVD aren't really clear. Looks like there are 7 pieces.

I've also looked into this and I can tell you: it's not easy
I'm an amateur woodworker and even for me it's "puzzeling"

I re-watched the episode where this was first shown and I was able to figure out 80% of the base and the first 2 blocks in detail. There are 7 vertical in total. I'll keep posting back when I figure out a few more pieces. I'm trying to get some 3D programs working to make it easier.

HI! I know i'm a bit late ... but does anyone actually made a replica of the Alias wooden puzzle? If so... can you send us a picture or some kind of instruction? Thanks
