The wait is over. Got mine in the mail today. Are the brass pins press fit, or threaded. I think I want to take mine apart to polish it up a bit.

They are press fit, but you can take them out and Then just put them back in with a dot of Super Glue Gel.

I put a little oil on the threads to protect them and in the groove to lubricate the action.

Ouch... My saber is built from an older Roman's grenade and the chamber does not fit. On the good side, the chamber is wonderful, Rudy, truly a marvel. Thank you for doing this (perhaps) last run. I now have a new Roman's saber on order to match it.
