Done the hawk girl and hawk man helmet in pair before holidays week

As the design is quite some point I worry about for wearable, I requested owner to allow me to print a test print to the hawk girl helmet in PLA for sample kit. And this will be for my own use only

A recent done design for Bat Beyond helmet from a blur front view reference, developing the rest from digital sculpting and refining bit by bit in order to complete the detailing at my end


Adding assembly design and air vents under jaw to minimizing fog on visor or having difficulty in breathing lol

Wow! You do amazing work! I tried designing the extrator for a DL-44 bolt the other night, it took me 3 hours and then I couldn't export it. You have to have some serious patience for this kind of detail and accuracy!

Just completed this gun model for DOJ Grapple Gun not long ago, the design is sort of classic retro from what I felt

Planted in the pivot boss to split the parts easier for 3d print/ prep and putting them back in place and well fitting too

and this is sort of my side assignment for grappling hook, basically remodel the it in Solidworks and adding mechanism design into it :sick.
I hope to make it as spring loaded trigger to open the hooks.

Had ordered prints from Shapeways and going to order some customize springs to assemble this hook set. Probably will show a video to demonstrate when I get all components/ parts in hand.

The grapple gun was a commissioned work, I only deliver the files. Grappling hook is my own work, I'm doing revisions of it to make it better
