The Infinity Gauntlet master print came out nicely, will ship it to the owner now bet he can't wait for it

Small chain mail pieces to mold and paint separately

And they lined up well

Some pre test sub-assembly all fine

So here is the recent done commissioned modeling for F-11D blaster, it break down for easier printing and had some steel rod installation to increase the weight and enhance structure.
Really a CAD fever modeling

And had both version with/ without stock for options.

And the best part of this project was to making the collapsible front grip as a functional stock. Pretty love the way designer think of it, I guess I might need to print one and master it for my collection soon. - PS. Permission gratned from owner

I used rhinoceros/Solidworks/3ds Max/ Zbrush either one that works better for the outcome, I sometime play cross platform for getting model good for 3D printing as well lol

F-11D blaster was done with Solidworks, cheers

A recent done design for Bat Beyond helmet from a blur front view reference, developing the rest from digital sculpting and refining bit by bit in order to complete the detailing at my end

So CAD fever model again for Titanfall - Data Knife Props model Digging hollow for LED ad battery compartment installation.

Test printed a raw set to feel in hand, the default length of 10" fit me nicely, but guy with bigger hand need to scale up little bit to get the ratio in proportional, simply do a math calculation will do.

Do you think printing a pulse rifle Airsoft mid cap magazine would be possible if I gave you the dimensions? The material would need to be dutiable and the inside where the 6mm bb's travel through would need to be smooth so as the mag spring guide presses on the double stack of bb's, they move free without getting snagged.
